Season 10 Terms and Conditions:

By playing in Red Hot Poker Tour Tournaments you could qualify for the Tournament of Champions or Western Championship, and could win one of seven opportunities to play in the 2008 World Series of Poker® event #52, as part of Team Canada Poker. "World Series of Poker®" is a registered trademark of Harrah's, and is used under license to Red Hot Poker Tour. The Tour is not otherwise affiliated with Harrah's, in any way. |

The Red Hot Poker Tour Season 10 starts November 30, 2007 and ends at the completion of tournaments that began on March 27, 2008. The Season 10 Tournament of Champions and Western Championship will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2008 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Kelowna, BC, Canada respectively. |

"Championship" refers to the Tournament of Champions for players in all locations in Canada except for Alberta and British Columbia Canada, OR the Western Championship which is for players from Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. |
| 4. |
"Leader board" refers to the leader board relevant to the geographic area for the Championship. |

*Travel Allowance amount is a maximum amount available to the respective winners after proof of flights and relevant expenses to the WSOP prize event have been confirmed. The winner(s) are not entitled to any cash settlement if expenses are less than the travel allowance. Each Prize, will be purchased in the winners name only on June 29 or June 30, 2008. The winner must satisfy all WSOP conditions in advance of registration, and be present at the event in Las Vegas one hour in advance of the start time of the 2008 WSOP event #52 to be registered (terms and conditions points #15).

You agree that by taking part in any Red Hot Poker Tour Tournament you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as but not limited to the Red Hot Poker Tour Tournament Rules. |
| 7. |
To be eligible for Prizing you must: |

| a. |
Be a registered member with accurate personal information and a member in good standing of the Red Hot Poker Tour. |
| b. |
Qualify for the Championship by being one of the 120 players who have accumulated the most points during the Season as posted on the final Leader Board, at the completion of the season, or received an invitation as a regional qualifier, or special event winner/qualifier. |
| c. |
Successfully complete registration online at Red Club by 11:59 PM EST of the final day of Season 10. Red Club Membership is required to qualify for any prize awarded by the Red Hot Poker Tour at any time for any reason. |
| d. |
Be at least 21 years of age before the start date of the 2008 World Series of Poker event #52. |
| e. |
The Championship prize winners must 1) declare their intent in writing via email to claim the prize, 2) expressly agree to all rules, terms and conditions. The email must be sent to members@redhotpokertour.com and received by April 2, 2008 at 5:00 PM (EST). If the winner(s) does not notify Red Hot Poker Tour by the deadline, or cannot participate in the World Series of Poker event for whatever reason, Red Hot Poker Tour reserves the right to offer the applicable prize to the next runner-up. |

| 8. |
The Championship is an invitational tournament (by email only) for the 120 members who accumulate the most points during the Season as posted on the final Leader Board at the end of the season. Additional invitations are sent to regional qualifiers, and special event winners. |
| 9. |
Members on the Leader board not in the top 120 may be invited to a Championship event as stand-by players, and may be granted entry on the day of the event at the discretion of the Tournament Director and Red Hot Poker Tour management. Stand-by players must be present at the Championship by 12:00 noon and registered with the registration desk by 12:30 PM. Stand-by players are seated based on seat availability and their point total for the current Season (highest to lowest from the final leader board), and are subject to all rules, terms, conditions and eligibility requirements. |

Each Member is personally responsible to provide Red Hot Poker Tour with accurate contact/email information. Red Hot Poker Tour is not responsible for email communications that do not arrive due to filters, technical issues or any other reason. To update your email information, please email: info-update@redhotpokertour.com with your 1) full name, 2) member number 3) email address, 4) postal code and 5) last venue played for verification. Failure to provide Red Hot Poker Tour with accurate contact information before the end of the season may result in the loss of your seat in the Tournament of Champions. |
| 11. |
The Winner of the Championship agrees to appropriately wear visible Red Hot Poker Tour branded clothing provided by Red Hot Poker Tour during and for the duration of the prize Tournament they enter, and all associated Tournaments, as well as during all promotion and/or media events and/or functions. It is expressly prohibited to wear any logo, promotional clothing or promotional/logoed material of any other company unless authorized by Red Hot Poker Tour in writing. Red Hot Poker Tour reserves the right to seek damages for non-compliance with this or any contest rule to the fullest extent permitted by law. |
| 12. |
Prize winner is responsible to coordinate all round trip transportation and accommodations. It is the player’s sole responsibility to review all terms and conditions attached to their own transportation arrangements before accepting the prize. |
| 13. |
Valid government issued photo identification and proof of age will be required to claim any prize. The winner will be required to provide other documentation, as required by law or the World Series of Poker in order to claim the prize. Any winner whose documentation does not adhere to or conform to these requirements will not be able to claim their prize. |
| 14. |
The winner is solely responsible to ensure they can travel to and participate in the 2008 World Series of Poker event #52 on the dates specified by the World Series of Poker (June 30, 2008-July 2, 2008). If the winner cannot travel or participate, for any reason, the Red Hot Poker Tour reserves the right to offer the applicable Prize to the next runner-up who must abide by all terms and conditions. |
| 15. |
If the winner does not attend, fails to attend, or otherwise is not present one hour before the official start of the 2008 World Series of Poker event #52 for any reason, the player forfeits their right to the prize and it may be reassigned. If a runner-up is awarded and accepts a larger prize, they must return and/or forfeit the runner up prize they were awarded. |
| 16. |
Winners must accept the Prize as-is. Red Hot Poker Tour reserves the right to replace the Prize with one of similar value. Winners may not sell or transfer their Prize to any third party without the express written consent of Red Hot Poker Tour. No cash or any other type of compensation alternative is available. If such a transaction takes place, Red Hot Poker Tour reserves the right to seek damages and/or other relief from all persons responsible to the fullest extent permitted by law. |

Winners are responsible for payment of any applicable taxes on any Prize won. Winners are responsible for travel insurance and all other incidental expenses. |
| 18. |
Not eligible to win are Red Hot crew, contractors, rights-holders, and suppliers to Red Hot Poker Tour its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates, their respective agencies and members of their respective immediate families and/or persons with whom any of the foregoing are domiciled. |
| 19. |
If an ineligible player wins the Red Hot Poker Tour Tournament of Champions, Red Hot Poker Tour reserves the right to offer the applicable Prize to the next qualified runner-up. |
| 20. |
By participating in the Championship, all participants agree to allow Red Hot Poker Tour and its suppliers and sponsors to use and/or publish your name, photograph and relevant personal information for all advertising and publicity purposes throughout the world without compensation. |
| 21. |
Red Hot Poker Tour reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the qualification process, interfere with the rules or terms and conditions, the operation of this promotion, or any Tournament, violates these Terms and Conditions, violates the Red Hot Poker Tour Rules, deliberately undermines the administration, security or legitimate operation of the Red Hot Poker Tour or acts in a disruptive manner. Red Hot Poker Tour reserves the right to seek damages and/or other relief from all persons responsible for such acts to the fullest extent permitted by law. |
| 22. |
The decisions of the Red Hot Poker Tour Management and/or Tournament Director are final, and all entrants agree to abide by all of the instructions and decisions. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of the rules or any decision rendered by the Red Hot Poker Tour Management and/or Tournament Director, the decision or interpretation of the Red Hot Poker Tour Management and/or Tournament Director shall prevail. |

Red Hot Poker Tour makes every effort to ensure accuracy and to investigate any member point questions, but assumes no responsibility for points a player may consider as missing from their total. Timely posting of points is a priority but members should wait one week before inquiring about missing points. Member point questions can be directed to the Minister of Points (MOP@redhotpokertour.com) and must include the following information: 1) Date of Event, 2) Location, 3) Finish Position, and 4) The Tournament Director for the event in question (if possible). |
| 24. |
Red Hot Poker Tour Management may determine in its sole and absolute discretion if a player is eligible/invited/qualified to play in the Championship. The Championship is and has always been an invitational tournament. |
| 25. |
Red Hot Poker Tour assumes no responsibility for any reason for the malfunction of, or damage caused to any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, data or software, online systems, servers or access providers; traffic congestion on the Internet; the security or privacy of information transmitted via computer networks; or for breaches of privacy due to interference by third party computer "hackers." |
| 26. |
Red Hot Poker Tour may use the information that you provide during registration and/or prior to the championship final table, to provide you with updates on the Tour. |
| 27. |
Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by Red Hot Poker Tour management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding on all Members. |
| 28. |
Red Hot Poker Tour reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend in whole or in part the Championship and/or prizing for any reason and without liability and without prior notice. Red Hot Poker Tour shall not be held responsible for any problems, errors, negligence, date changes, or location changes, or an issue that may arise or occur in connection with the Red Hot Poker Tour or the program in its entirety. |

By registering for Membership in the Red Hot Poker Tour and registering for and entering any Red Hot Poker Tour Tournament, Members agree to abide by these rules, which are subject to change without notice to members individually, and by playing in a Red Hot Poker Tour tournament, each member releases Red Hot Poker Tour, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, representatives, sponsors, marketing partners, affiliates, franchisees, market rights holders, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, from any damage, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant's participation in the Red Hot Poker Tour or the use of any prize. |

Red Hot Poker Tour considers the best interests of the game and fairness for all Members and clients as the top priority in the decision-making process and interpretation of any rules regarding all aspects of the program including the Championship structure, number of participants, date(s), locations and all other aspects of the program. |
| 31. |
The Red Hot Poker Tour and program prize rules shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario. Any dispute shall be adjudicated in the courts sitting in Toronto, Ontario. |
Red Hot Poker Tour Members in good-standing, who have participated in at least 16 verified live events, can submit an entry for a draw where one Member from all entries received will be granted one automatic non-transferable entry to the current season Championship. To be entered in the draw, the Member must write by hand the following on a 3 inch X 5 inch piece of paper: Full Name, Red Hot Poker Tour Member Number, complete mailing address with postal code, telephone number, e-mail address and on the reverse hand-write a list of the 16 tournaments you participated in, including the 1) date and 2) name of the bar. No submission can be mechanically reproduced or photocopied. Mail to: “My TOC Backup Plan Season 10” c/o Red Hot Poker Tour, P.O. Box 72057, 1562 Danforth Ave., Toronto, ON, Canada, M4J 5C1. Only one (1) entry per Red Hot Poker Tour Member is permitted – duplicate and/or additional entries will make all of that Member’s entries invalid. Entry must be received by, on or before 11:59 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time) March 1, 2008. To qualify the “TOC Backup Plan” entrant must have a valid Red Club Membership BEFORE March 1, 2008. The winner of the “TOC Backup Plan” must satisfy and abide by all Prize Terms & Conditions.
