I have read and completely agree with these statements and accept that I will lose my Membership indefinitely and lose access, all points, privileges, eligibility and prizing due to me by breaching any of the terms of this agreement. Further, I and/or my legal guardians will be completely responsible for any and all costs/expenses including legal costs of the Red Hot Poker Tour and its partners that result from any misrepresentation of my information or breach on my behalf of these terms and conditions:

1. I accept and will abide by all live tournament and membership rules as stated on the Red Hot Poker Tour website.

2. I accept and will abide by all Terms & Conditions.

3. I will not create a new Red Hot Poker Tour account/number if I am already a member. I will not intentionally provide incorrect, inaccurate or misleading information when registering for Red Hot Poker Tour.

4. I will never cheat or collude with others in any tournament.

5. I accept that providing inaccurate or misleading personal information when registering will make my membership invalid and void my claim on any prizes or opportunities.

6. I accept that my name and/or username may be displayed on Leaderboards, and if I do not consent to my photograph being taken and used on the Red Hot Poker Tour Wall of Champions I will notify the Tournament Director before the photo is taken. I accept and agree to let Red Hot Poker Tour use my image and name for promotional purposes without compensation.

7. I understand that a professional code of conduct is expected and that abusive, unsportsmanlike, or conduct not in the best interest of the Tour will not be tolerated and may result in the loss of my membership at the complete discretion of the Red Hot Poker Tour. I understand and accept that membership in Red Hot Poker Tour is a privilege and not a right.

8. I am the legal age to participate in licensed and/or online events.

9. I fully accept that I am not obligated to participate in any tournaments, and that my participation is completely at my own discretion. I hold the Red Hot Poker Tour harmless and fully accept that my actions with regards to any and all events I participate in both live/in person, and online, are my choice and sole responsibility.
